In-Office Procedures
  • Intrauterine Insemination: (IUI) Intrauterine insemination is a non-invasive intervention that can be used to conceive. Obtaining the best of the specimen through a washing technique and then bypassing the vagina and cervix, placing the specimen into the uterine cavity. This technique is also used with donor sperm obtained from a credible donor bank.
  • Saline Infusion Sonohysterogram(SIS): Saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS ) is a procedure to evaluate the uterus and the shape of the uterine cavity. SIS uses ultrasound and sterile fluid to show the uterus and endometrial (uterine lining) cavity. The purpose is to detect any abnormalities. SIS can be done to investigate conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine adhesions or polyps, and recurrent miscarriage. SIS can also be performed to see the structure of the uterus. (ASRM)
  • Ultrasound Guided Tubal Patency Assement: ExEm® Foam is the only FDA-approved contrast agent used in ultrasound procedures to provide in-office tubal patency assessments for women with known or suspected infertility. It’s gentle, straightforward, and offers real time results — without requiring X-ray, the need for excessive iodine administration, or placing a cervical tenaculum and traction on the cervix, which some patients may find painful. https://exemfoam.com/
  • Lab Draws including same day STAT results for the following, BHCG, FSH, LH, Estradiol, & Progesterone. Ovairan reserve testing AMH, CD3 labs FSH/E2. Carrier screening & chromosome analysis. First trimester genetic testing with gender.
  • Semen Analysis: A semen analysis, also called a sperm count, measures the quantity and quality of semen and sperm. Offering client collection at home for comfort.
  • Sperm DNA Fragmentation testing When it comes to male fertility, most people are familiar with the basics—sperm count, motility, and morphology. However, another critical factor is often overlooked: sperm DNA fragmentation. DNA fragmentation refers to the presence of breaks or irregularities in the genetic material carried by sperm cells. While a sperm sample may appear normal under a microscope, high levels of DNA fragmentation can significantly impair fertility potential, contributing to both natural and assisted reproductive technology (ART) failures.
  • Endosee In-Office Hysteroscopy

Endosee is a compact, handheld hysteroscopy system that allows your clinician to look directly inside the uterine cavity during a routine office visit. A very thin camera is gently passed through the cervix, and sterile fluid is used to slightly expand the uterus so the lining can be clearly visualized in real time. This gives a much more precise view than imaging tests alone.

With Endosee, your clinician can identify abnormalities that may interfere with implantation or increase miscarriage risk. These can include:

    • Endometrial polyps (small overgrowths of the uterine lining, often compared to skin tags)
    • Scar tissue (intrauterine adhesions)
    • Submucosal fibroids (fibroids that bulge into the uterine cavity)
    • Irregularities in the uterine lining or shape

In many cases, Endosee is not only diagnostic but also therapeutic. Using small instruments passed through the device, your clinician may be able to remove or treat minor abnormalities—such as polyps or thin bands of scar tissue—during the same visit. Addressing these issues can help improve the uterine environment and may enhance the chances of conception or successful embryo implantation.

Because it is performed in the office without general anesthesia, Endosee can reduce or even eliminate the need for a separate surgical procedure in an operating room. The procedure is typically brief, and most patients experience only mild cramping similar to a menstrual period. Recovery is quick, allowing you to return to normal activities the same day.

Overall, Endosee provides a convenient, minimally invasive way to both diagnose and, in some cases, treat uterine cavity abnormalities that could be impacting fertility.

Injection Teaching & Speciality Pharmacy Orders

We have worked closely with Freedom Fertility since 2012 as our main speciality pharamcy.

Common Conditions Treated (but not limited to)

Male Factor Infertility
Male factor infertility involves issues with sperm count, motility (movement), morphology (shape), or delivery. It accounts for a significant percentage of infertility cases and is usually evaluated with a semen analysis. Treatments range from lifestyle changes to assisted reproductive techniques.

Female Infertility
Female infertility is a broad term covering any condition that affects ovulation, egg quality, fallopian tubes, uterus, or hormonal balance. Causes can include ovulatory disorders, uterine abnormalities, diminished ovarian reserve, or conditions like Endometriosis.

Tubal Infertility
Tubal infertility occurs when the fallopian tubes are blocked or damaged, preventing sperm from reaching the egg or the embryo from reaching the uterus. Causes can include prior infections, surgery, or endometriosis. Testing often involves imaging like an HSG (hysterosalpingogram).

Secondary Infertility
Secondary infertility refers to difficulty conceiving after previously having a successful pregnancy. Causes may be similar to primary infertility but can also include age-related changes, new medical conditions, or complications from prior pregnancies.

Unexplained Infertility
This diagnosis is given when standard fertility testing (ovulation, sperm analysis, tubal patency, uterine evaluation) appears normal, yet pregnancy has not occurred. It does not mean there is no cause—just that current testing hasn’t identified it. Many couples still achieve pregnancy with targeted treatments.

Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
This is typically defined as two or more consecutive miscarriages. Causes may include genetic factors, uterine abnormalities, hormonal issues, autoimmune conditions, or clotting disorders. A thorough evaluation can often identify treatable contributors.

Amenorrhea
Amenorrhea refers to the absence of menstrual periods. It can be primary (periods never started) or secondary (periods stop after previously being regular). Causes range from hormonal imbalances and stress to thyroid conditions or ovarian dysfunction. Because ovulation is often absent, amenorrhea can directly impact the ability to conceive.

Oligomenorrhea
Oligomenorrhea means infrequent menstrual cycles, typically occurring more than 35 days apart. This is often associated with irregular ovulation, which can make timing conception more difficult. A common underlying cause is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, but thyroid disorders and lifestyle factors can also contribute.

Menorrhagia
Menorrhagia describes unusually heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding. This may be caused by fibroids, polyps, hormonal imbalance, or bleeding disorders. In addition to affecting quality of life, it can sometimes signal underlying uterine issues that may interfere with implantation.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a common hormonal condition characterized by irregular cycles, excess androgen (male hormone) levels, and ovaries that may contain many small follicles. It often leads to inconsistent ovulation, making conception more challenging, but it is very treatable with medical support.

Irregular Menstrual Cycles
Irregular cycles vary in length from month to month and may signal inconsistent ovulation. This can make predicting fertile windows difficult and may point to underlying hormonal imbalances or conditions like PCOS or thyroid dysfunction.

Luteal Phase Deficiency
This occurs when the second half of the menstrual cycle (after ovulation) is too short or progesterone levels are insufficient to support implantation. It may lead to difficulty sustaining early pregnancy, though it can often be managed with hormonal support.

Telemedicine

At Full Moon Fertility, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, getting to our clinic in person is not feasible. That’s why we are proud to offer virtual visits, allowing you to connect with our dedicated providers from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are located. Whether you’re managing a busy schedule or reside in a remote area, our telemedicine services ensure that you receive the compassionate care and expert guidance you deserve. When you schedule your next appointment, don’t hesitate to ask about the convenience of virtual consultations—your journey to fertility support is just a click away.

Obstetric Care

After a positive home pregnancy test, patients are typically advised to contact the fertility clinic promptly so care can transition from treatment to early pregnancy monitoring. The first step usually involves confirming the pregnancy with serial blood tests measuring beta-hCG levels, drawn every 48–72 hours to assess appropriate rise. Progesterone levels may also be checked, and patients are often instructed to continue any prescribed luteal support medications unless told otherwise.

Once hormone levels reach a threshold consistent with early gestation, a transvaginal ultrasound is scheduled—usually around 5.5 to 6.5 weeks—to confirm the presence of a gestational sac, yolk sac, and eventually fetal cardiac activity. During this time, patients receive guidance on medications, activity, and symptoms to monitor. Mild cramping and spotting can be normal, but heavier bleeding or significant pain should be reported immediately.

The clinic also provides counseling on general early pregnancy care, including prenatal vitamins, avoidance of certain medications or substances, and lifestyle recommendations. Emotional support is an important component, as this period can bring both excitement and anxiety, particularly for patients with a history of infertility or pregnancy loss.

Care continues with close monitoring until approximately 10-12 weeks of gestation, at which point, if the pregnancy is progressing normally, patients are typically transitioned to a general obstetric provider for ongoing prenatal care.
